The scope of this project focuses on the selection and design of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for several key spaces within the complex, including the clubhouse, pool deck, pool house, and model apartment. The design embodies a fresh, modern coastal aesthetic, offering a welcoming and hip environment that appeals to renters seeking a coastal vibe while fostering a strong sense of community.

The clubhouse serves as a central gathering space for residents, providing a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, while the pool deck and pool house are designed as relaxing amenities that elevate the resident experience. The model apartment serves as a showcase, creating a sense of home and illustrating the potential lifestyle of residents.

The clubhouse, pool deck, pool house, and model apartment are designed to work together to create a seamless, stylish environment where renters feel both at home and connected to the surrounding coastal beauty.
